What Makes a Texas Dispensary Different?

Texas dispensaries are tightly regulated, state-licensed facilities—not recreational storefronts. They dispense low-THC products only, such as tinctures, capsules, and lozenges—no buds, no joints, and no gummies shaped like bears.

How It Works

1. Get evaluated by a registered CUP physician (hi, that’s us!).
2. If eligible, your prescription is entered into CURT.
3. You place an order directly through the dispensary’s website or call center. If you are walking in ad buying at the point-of-service, that is not a medical cannabis dispensary in Texas – you are at a hemp retail store.
4. Choose delivery or pickup. Some offer curbside service or partner locations for easier access.

Why Aren’t There More?

As of 2022, only three dispensaries operate under license in the entire state. Regulations are strict, and the approval process is slow—but that may be changing. For now, patients often travel long distances or rely on delivery. That’s why we make the rest of the process as smooth as possible.
